The Mayor and Mayoress of Rossendale, Councillor Granville Morris and Mrs Susan Morris, visited Molly Barnes, Haslingden, this week to wish her a very Happy Birthday.
This year Molly is celebrating a very special birthday as she turned 100 years old on Wednesday 16th November, and her niece Pat Hutchinson arranged a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress as part of the celebrations.
The Mayor and Mayoress presented Molly with a card and some flowers in order to wish her a Happy 100th Birthday, from themselves and on behalf of Rossendale Borough Council.
