Food and drink businesses in Rossendale are being invited to attend a free training course on food allergies.
Rossendale Council is hosting the two-hour long sessions in the Council Chamber at Futures Park, Bacup.
Delivered by environmental health officers, the sessions are designed to give Rossendale businesses confidence and reassurance when it comes to serving customers.
The sessions will cover topics including: allergens and allergic reaction; what the law says; cross- contamination; keeping customers safe and a run-through various scenarios.
