OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY WOULD LIKE YOU TO HELP THEM DEVELOP THEIR WORK PROGRAMME FOR 2016/17
Each year it is the responsibility of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee to select topics for inclusion and consideration in the annual work programme. Deciding the topics for the year is a key aspect of the overview and scrutiny process.
The aim of the work of overview and scrutiny is to add value to the work of the Council and produce worthwhile outcomes for local people. A structured approach to topic selection is essential, and therefore as part of this process and to assist in the development of the 2016-17 work programme we would welcome your feedback on what you would like the Overview and Scrutiny Committee to consider for this year.
Requests for scrutiny reviews can either be emailed to:
democracy@rossendalebc.gov.uk along with an explanation of why the issue is important and relevant, or by completing the form at the following link: http://www.rossendale.gov.uk/downloads/download/405/scrutiny_form
Alternatively, a form can be picked up from, and dropped off at, the One Stop Shop, Futures Park, Bacup.
All submissions received by Friday, 15th April 2016 will be considered by the Scrutiny Committee
