British Cycling’s Go Sky Ride now has a new routes website for budding cycling enthusiasts featuring a popular ride round Whitaker Park.

The new site features hundreds of cycle routes up and down the county which have all been accredited by British Cycling.

The site features the ride ‘Rossendale Vistas‘ which starts at Whitaker Park, this rolling route gives glorious vistas of the valley including Cowpe Lowe and Scout Moor. A foray into part of Greater Manchester sees a visit to Turton Tower before a climb back towards the valley and another chance to see the beauty that Rossendale has to offer.

Rossendale has lots to offer cyclists with its fantastic great outdoors offer, details of which can be found on our Visit Rossendale site.

More information on cycling in Lancashire can be found on the Cycle Lancashire website.
