Chair of Bacup THI Board statement following this week’s board meeting

Following a meeting of the Bacup THI board this week, the chair of the Board, Councillor Andy MacNae made the following statement:
“The THI public realm scheme is facing uncertainty after Lancashire County Council has been unable to confirm that the project will receive its support. The THI board has confirmed its support for scheme, which has been tweaked following recent public feedback including the public meeting.
