Bacup THI Presentation at Bacup Easter Festival

Board members and Project Officers from the Bacup Townscape heritage Initiative (THI) will be in attendance at the Bacup Easter Festival on Saturday March 26^th 10am till 3pm to present information on the scheme so far.

The team will be on Bacup Market with an information stall where people will be able to ask question about the work taking place in Bacup, the importance of heritage in Bacup and ways to get involved.

The Stubbylee Park Masterplan

Rossendale Borough Council is working with local community groups and Newground to revitalise Stubbylee and the Moorlands Park, Bacup.

The Council has been formulating the masterplan for Stubbylee with the Park’s Friends Group, Bacup Pride, Newground, Stubbylee Community Greenhouses and local ward Councillors, to come up with a prosperous plan for this wonderful community asset.
