Carnival fun for Bacup and Stacksteads

The annual Bacup and Stacksteads carnival takes place on June 24 – with organisers promising that it will be a spectacular event.
The carnival parade starts at 11am at Broadclough Mills, Burnley Road, with floats and walkers making their way through Bacup before heading to Stubbylee and Moorlands Park.
Attractions in the park will include live music, dancing and stalls, with the event running until around 4pm.
