Council Shows Its Support for White Ribbon Campaign

Management and Councillors from Rossendale Council today showed their support for the campaign again domestic violence.

Rossendale Council Management and Councillors were joined by the Mayor, Mayoress and Deputy Mayor of Rossendale today as they marked their internal day of supporting the White Ribbon Campaign and raising awareness of domestic violence.

Rossendale Council has been committed to the White Ribbon Campaign since 2014 and will continue to show its support and to raise awareness about domestic abuse.

Alison Wilkins from Rossendale Council said;

It is important that we recognise this national awareness campaign and the Council is happy to support this.”
