Organisers of the Annual Rossendale 60’s Festival are calling out to all owners of Classic 60’s vehicles.
Do you own a Campervan, Beetle, Mini or other iconic 60’s classic? You are invited to join in the fun and festivities of the Rossendale 60’s Festival on the weekend of the 8th, 9th and 10th September.

Organisers for the popular Rossendale 60s Festival are appealing to local business to get involved in this years festival by dressing their windows up “60s Style”.
The winners will be choosen by an independent judging panel on Saturday 10th September and will receive a prize and certificate to place in their winning window.

The Horse and Bamboo host their annual puppet festival from Thursday to Sunday this week (14th -17th July 2016).
The Puppet Festival is the showcase event for the internationally known “Boo” in Waterfoot and features shows for adults and children alike.
The 4 day event is packed full of wonderful events, there really is something for everyone, some of them are even free.

Board members and Project Officers from the Bacup Townscape heritage Initiative (THI) will be in attendance at the Bacup Easter Festival on Saturday March 26th 10am till 3pm to present information on the scheme so far.
The team will be on Bacup Market with an information stall where people will be able to ask question about the work taking place in Bacup, the importance of heritage in Bacup and ways to get involved.
