The views and experiences of people in Lancashire who use an NHS hearing aid are being sought to help improve the service they receive.
Local Clinical Commissioning Groups have launched a survey which is aimed at over 50s with age-related hearing loss.
Audiology specialist and GP Dr Adam Black said:
Our vision is for people with age-related hearing problems to receive high quality, efficient services delivered closer to home with short waiting times which are highly responsive to their needs
The survey doesn’t take much time to complete, is confidential and will help us understand what people who use NHS hearing aid services think about those services.
