Rossendale Council is set to receive more than £60,000 to help reopen its high streets safely.
Local authorities are to be given funding from the government to put in safety measures to help reopen high streets and commercial sectors.
The leader of the Council has welcomed the funding however has once again highlighted that overall the money from government to cover costs of dealing with COVID-19 is simply not enough.
