There is no need to book, just turn up, and all children should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Wrap up warm and wear comfy shoes. The walk will cover a route suitable for most at a gentle pace.
Councillor Jackie Oakes, Portfolio holder for Operations, said:
The previous architecture walk which took place in the summer was a real success and this looks to be a lovely midwinter walk with a chance to find out more about the history of Bacup and the borough. It is also a wonderful chance to see some of the changes taking place in the town and find out more.”
