Today (Friday, May 25) is the last chance to nominate people and groups who are tackling loneliness and isolation in Rossendale.
An awards ceremony will be held next month to celebrate those who have taken part in the Living Well Living Better project.
Rossendale was one of the local authorities chosen by the Government in 2016 to receive funding to pilot new ways of improving the health and wellbeing of local communities.
The council set up a partnership which chose to focus on isolation and loneliness, establishing the Living Well Living Better project.
Grants of up to £1,000 were awarded by the project to 68 community groups and organisations to fund a range of activities.
Nominations are sought in several categories. Forms are here.
