Valley Heritage, working alongside Rossendale Borough Council, were once again able to open up Stubbylee Hall to the public this year. Over 75 people attended throughout the day and were able to explore the attics; cellars and other ‘secret’ places rarely open to the public.
Stephen Anderson, Chair of Valley Heritage said: “The Heritage Open Day was a great success and was very well attended by local people as well as drawing in visitors from the neighbouring boroughs of Burnley and Bury.
