Rossendale Mayor, Councillor Ann Kenyon presents Peter Sweetmore with his Special Achievement Award

A retired Rossendale Chair of Governors was presented with a Roll of Honour Special Achievement Award at Rossendale Council’s main Council Meeting recently.
Peter Sweetmore retired earlier this year after 25 years of service to Tor View Community Special School in Haslingden where he was Chairman of Governors and also Chairman of The View Trust.
Peter was presented with a framed certificate by Rossendale Mayor, Councillor Ann Kenyon at the Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 11 in recognition of his service to the borough and communities of Rossendale, including work with Rossendale Hospice and Rossendale Radio.
