This is the first time the event has been organised to recognise local people for their own personal sporting achievements, whether it be trying a new sport or raising money through participation in sport.

This inclusive message is at the heart of the Leisure Trust’s vision and ethos, to keep the fun and enjoyment in sport and continue to provide something for everyone.
