The council’s multi-million pound redevelopment of Rawtenstall has made the headlines.
A feature on the Spinning Point development appears on Place North West, the news website for property and regeneration professionals in the region.
Spinning Point includes the demolition of the former police station, the restoration of the town hall and a new bus station. There are also proposals for a new leisure, hotel, housing and commercial development on former Valley Centre site.
The major investment aims to boost the economy, create jobs, bring in more visitors and improve the area for residents.
