Derelict Bacup building set for improvement

Christopher and Pauline Murphy withdrew an appeal against a legal notice issued by Rossendale Council requiring them to carry out work to the building in St James Square.
Rossendale Council originally issued a section 215 maintenance notice in October 2017 because the building’s condition is adversely affecting the amenity of the area.
