Statement from Together Housing on Spinning Point

Rumours have been circulating that Together Housing are not taking all the space in the town hall as part of the Spinning Point Phase One.

Together Housing has released the following statement to reassure residents.

Kevin Ruth, Deputy Chief Executive of Together Housing, said: “I am pleased to confirm Together Housing will occupy all of the town hall. We plan to use the building as an office base and a corporate training and meeting facility. We are looking forward to moving in.

Work on the site continues apace and we’re really excited to see the first phase finished. It will have a huge benefit for Rawtenstall and also the borough.”
